The theme for this week's Spoonflower design challenge couldn't be more up my alley - Leap Year Frogs. I've been a frog aficionado since childhood, complete with a collection and even a brief stint being nicknamed Frog (the backstory to that remains a mystery).
True to form, the talented community of designers delivered an amazing array of frog-inspired creations. We're talking a whole spectrum of frogs (yes, and toads too!), bursting with colors, rendered in styles from abstract to sketchy to damask.
My top pick? "Hawaiian Green and Black Poison Dart" by ilonitta. The design's intricate layering really caught my eye, and I love how the frogs manage to leap out at you (pun intended) amidst a pretty busy monogram background filled with other cute motifs. It's a jungle out there, but this design truly hopped to the forefront for me. #stillpunning
